The upgrade was straight forward. However our Helpdesk started to receive calls from staff querying what the new features were and whether they should be using them, or those demanding we get an Adobe subscription so we could start use these features.
The cloud features also presented another problem. When clicking 'File > Save As' it would open a blank white window! Regardless of how long you left it, the save as dialog would never appear.
The solution to both of the above is to disable all cloud features. To do this you can either
1) Copy the below code into notepad, save as 'AdobeDCdisableCloud.reg' and run manually on each machine
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
2) Use Group Policy. Use a Startup script to push out the registry settings for the computer
3) Or, still using Group Policy, use Group Policy Preferences to push out the settings.'
